  1. Asking a customer for personal information is not allowed. If a merchant asks a customer for personal information such as payment information, email, etc, the merchant's account and including all merchant's products on SCS Bank Marketplace will be at risk of being disabled.
  2. Asking a customer to pay outside of SCS Bank Marketplace is not allowed. If a merchant asks a customer to pay them outside of SCS Bank Marketplace, the merchant's account and including all merchant's products on SCS Bank Marketplace will be at risk of being disabled.
  3. Customer abuse is not tolerated on SCS Bank. Abusive behaviour and language towards SCS Bank customers, members, affiliates and other merchants is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
  4. Customer support issues are handled by SCS Bank. SCS Bank support is the first point of contact in receiving customer support issues.
  5. Directing a customer off SCS Bank Marketplace is not allowed. If a merchant directs a customer off SCS Bank Marketplace, the merchant's account and including all merchant's products on SCS Bank Marketplace will be at risk of being disabled and/or a penalty of $1,000 per incident. Please see Deceptive Fulfilment policy for further information.
  6. If a merchant has an extremely high chargeback ratio within three months, the merchant's account and including all merchant's products on SCS Bank Marketplace will be at risk of being disabled. Chargeback ratio is the number of orders which were charged back over the total number of orders received during the three moths a time period. If this ratio is extremely high, the merchant's account and including all merchant's products on SCS Bank Marketplace will be disabled. A chargeback ratio of less than 0.5% is normal.   7. If a merchant has an extremely high refund rate, the merchant's account and including all seller's products on SCS Bank Marketplace will be at risk of being disabled. Refund rate is the number of orders refunded over the total number of orders received during a three months time period. If this rate is
